The rooms were well-equipped and well-kept, and the location was ideal as it was close to subway.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive and made me feel welcomed. The rooms were spotless and had everything I needed. The location was perfect - close enough to walk to all the main attractions and there were nearby subways that made it easy to explore the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the cocktail bar which had a great atmosphere. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location near subways, and helpful staff were the best aspects of my stay.

The bed at this hotel was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The lobby was also quite interesting, with its unique design. I really appreciated the drink vouchers that were included, as well as the complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby. The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the center of the city. It was very convenient to have transportation options like the subway and Grand Central nearby.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The location was great, away from the sea of people in Times Square but still close to Grand Central Terminal, making it easy to get around this city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the fitness center. The staff were friendly and approachable, from the housekeeper to the concierge to the check-in people.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond in providing excellent service. The room was clean and very comfortable, with a comfortable bed. We loved the fact that all four elevators were working efficiently, which is a rarity in this city. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the middle of everything, just a few blocks away from Times Square, 5th Avenue, and Grand Central. Additionally, it was conveniently close to subway stations, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially enjoyed the happy hour at the bar. we were extremely satisfied with our stay.
