The views from the top floors are truly spectacular. The hotel facilities are excellent, including a lovely spa. The location at Columbus Circle is convenient, with a subway station and a nearby mall. The staff is attentive and made me feel like a VIP.

Cleanliness levels were exceptional throughout the hotel, with daily thorough cleaning of the rooms and abundant water supply. The staff went above and beyond to address any issues we had, especially the allergens in our room, ensuring our health and well-being during our stay. The beautiful room view overlooking the park and Columbus Circle added to the overall experience. Additionally, the convenient location near the park and the Columbus shopping center with a Whole Foods inside made it easy to enjoy leisurely strolls through Central Park and access any necessary amenities.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was attentive, polite, and made me feel like a celebrity. The room had a beautiful view, and the bed was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean with a hot shower and a great selection of amenities. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway for exploring this city, as well as being close to Central Park and shopping centers. The breakfast at the hotel was top-notch, and I enjoyed the delicious food while taking in the stunning views.

The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, and I enjoyed starting my day in the wonderful space of the restaurant.
