We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb - just a few minutes' walk from Times Square and surrounded by amazing restaurants in Hell's Kitchen. The hotel was also conveniently located near the Lincoln Tunnel and the Theatre District. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with well-equipped rooms and nice touches like large mirrors and a great shower. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a self-check-in/out system that saved us time and friendly staff always available to assist. On top of that, the hotel had a cool terrace, although unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to enjoy it.

The rooms were well decorated in a modern style with ample storage space, which was especially practical during our week-long stay. We were impressed by the cleanliness of both the rooms and the hotel in general. The coffee shop offered a variety of delicious pastries and different kinds of coffee. The staff, especially Sam, were extremely nice and helpful throughout our stay.

The beds were the absolute most delightful, providing ultimate comfort for a good night's sleep. The showers were excellent, with great water pressure and temperature control. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, thanks to the easy facilities. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to Times Square. Additionally, it was close to a bus station a couple of blocks away and the Subway Station at the Port Authority Bus Terminal, making transportation convenient. I really enjoyed the hotel's design and concept, and I can't praise the staff enough for their kindness and assistance.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The customer service here was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, everyone greeted me with a warm smile and had the patience to assist with any requests I had. The receptionist who checked me in made my day entirely better. The hotel itself was super cute and modern, with a cool feel to it. The room was incredibly clean, and I especially loved the spectacular view. The bathroom mirror had a nice vanity light, and the shower head was awesome. The staff was always polite and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Plus, the location of this hotel couldn't be better. It is really close to a major transport terminal and Times Square. There are also lots of restaurant options in the surroundings, making it super convenient. I also appreciated the CVS across the street for any last-minute needs. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and staff.
