The staff at this hotel was exceptional, providing the best service I have ever experienced. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone was professional, attentive, and friendly. The hotel was clean and efficient, with a perfect bed that ensured a restful sleep. The staff was always willing to assist with anything I needed, making my stay even more comfortable. The location of the hotel was ideal, close to everything I wanted to do in Manhattan.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The hotel manager, in particular, was excellent and ensured that everything ran smoothly. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the elegant decor added a touch of sophistication to my stay. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and just minutes away from all the main attractions. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the cozy library-style lounge where I enjoyed late-night cocktails and morning coffee. I also have to mention the friendly and helpful staff, who were always there to assist me with anything I needed.

We loved the excellent location of this hotel, directly across the street from Central Park. The cozy and inviting library-style lounge was a favorite spot for late-night cocktails or a morning cup of coffee. The staff provided wonderful service, from the friendly front desk to the attentive restaurant and concierge. We were impressed that our requests were met 100%, and the turn-down service, restaurant staff, and reception staff were all excellent. The hotel went above and beyond by surprising us with a CD of music from a play we mentioned we were attending. the staff and location were the best aspects of our stay.
