Actually everything was lovely. Incredible beds, a patio and a refrigerator were a nice touch. The staff did all they can for a perfectly pleasant stay. True 4-star experience, efficient service. We loved private restaurants on site.

Awesome staff and super location, this hotel is pleasant. Manhattan district is worth your attention. Also - close to subways, the centre, restaurants. Rooms are elegant and beautiful, have luxury bathroom. Sensational breakfast, great service.

I recommend this hotel if you travel to New York. Spotless room, charming location and amazing personnel. All in all it's fairly clean place, they have incredible beds. It is an enchanting place - 15 minutes' walk to the downtown.
