I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located just off Times Square, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The room I booked, a premier king room with city view, was on the 40th floor, offering breathtaking views from its corner unit. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a cool lobby and plenty of elevators. The staff, particularly the receptionist, were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was unbeatable, only a short walk from all the attractions, including transportation options like the subway.

The location was perfect, just steps away from Times Square, and allowed me to easily explore all of central Manhattan. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. Additionally, the option to store luggage before and after check-in was incredibly convenient, allowing me to make the most of my time in the city.

I absolutely loved the fantastic location of this hotel. It is just a block off of Times Square and within walking distance to Broadway shows and 5th Ave shopping, which is unusual in this city. The attractions of Times Square are easily accessible, making it a great base for exploring the city. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were super nice and provided excellent service. They were very understanding and addressed any issues we had in a professional manner. The front desk associate, Rachel, went above and beyond to help us with our luggage on the 48th floor, showing great kindness and professionalism.
