We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was right in the middle of everything. The subway was very close by, making it easy for us to explore the city. The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service during our stay.

Nothing not to like.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Union Square subway station and many subway lines. This made it convenient for us to explore the city, especially since we were in town to see the theater. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities, particularly the Fitness Centre, were top-notch. We loved the added extras such as towels and newspapers, and the fridge with cold face towels was a nice touch. The staff, especially the concierge and Max at the bar, were friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Nothing is perfect.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, very near from the subway station and right in the middle of Manhattan. It was perfect for exploring the city, especially since I was in town to see the theater. I loved being able to walk to EATALY and Downtown, and there were plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean and roomy, with a little terrace outside that was beautifully decorated. It had everything I needed, including a good TV and a safe. I would definitely go back to this hotel.
