The hotel's location was perfect, just off a main street, so there was no crazy noise of traffic. It was also conveniently close to Madison Square Gardens and Times Square. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were top-notch. I loved that there was a parking garage right across the street with friendly staff, and the hotel even offered a discount. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city. The subway station was just a few hundred yards away, making it easy to reach Madison Square Garden, the Empire State Building, and Times Square. Additionally, the proximity to Penn Station was a huge convenience for catching trains to various destinations. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, from taking care of our luggage to providing helpful recommendations for nighttime spots. The free Wi-Fi was also a great perk.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Chelsea Midtown. The location was perfect, with easy access to Penn Station, the 34th St Subway, and the 1 line. This made it convenient for us to explore the city and visit major attractions. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and everything looked brand new. The bathroom and shower were awesome, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with high-quality linen. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which included hot eggs, potatoes, and fresh fruit. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were always busy taking care of clients, yet still managed to provide fast service and help us with any issues. They even assisted us in arranging transportation to the airport, and the driver was really nice. Lastly, the hotel's flexibility with check out, as well as the provision of water throughout our stay, were much appreciated.
