We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were professional and helpful, and they responded quickly to a medical emergency we had during our visit. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was in the heart of the city and just steps away from major train lines. It was also slightly away from the crowded areas, allowing us to easily access Hell's Kitchen or Columbus Circle for a wide choice of eateries. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the morning. this hotel provided us with a great experience in this city.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Jeff, went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. They were always willing to assist and even helped me with a transportation issue. The location was perfect, right in the middle of all the theaters and just steps away from Central Park. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with beautifully designed and quiet rooms. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room clean and fresh. I also appreciated the free water offered in the lobby.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better, being right between Central Park and Times Square. We were able to easily explore the city, with Broadway and great bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Khaoula and Franchisca at the reception desk. They made our check-in process quick and efficient and accommodated our request to extend our stay, even upgrading our room both times.

Hard to think of anything negative.

Perfect location just off the busiest area of Times Square but close enough to feel a part of the action. Within walking distance of most sights and easy access to public transportation. Cleanliness and comfort exceeded expectations. Professional and helpful staff
